Defective Item Inquiry:
1. In the event of a defect deemed as such by Anima Lens, an inquiry must be made within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item.
2. An inquiry can be made through the Contact Us page and/or via email through the following address: email@example.com
3. We will happily exchange the faulty item with the exact same colour and lens that was originally purchased. If, and only if, the item is designated faulty by our Anima Lens team.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
